Diasease of sexually transmitted infections

Diseases of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are infections that they acquire by having sex with someone who is infected. The causes of STDs are bacteria, parasites and viruses. There are more than 20 types of STDs, including:

Chlamydia:The agent of a sexually transmitted disease, a type of bacteria found in the cervix, urethra, throat, or rectum that acts very much like gonorrhea in the way it is spread, the symptoms it produces, and its long-term consequences. Chlamydia is destructive to the Fallopian tubes, causing infertility, tubal pregnancy, and severe pelvic infection. It is common for infected women to have no symptoms. Chlamydia is associated with an increased incidence of preterm births. Also, an infant can acquire the disease during passage through the birth canal, leading to eye problems or pneumonia. Chlamydia is one of the reasons newborns are routinely treated with antibiotic eyedrops. Chlamydia can also cause inflammation of the urethra, epididymis, and rectum in men. A chronic form of arthritis, called reactive arthritis, can develop after chlamydia infection.

Gonorrhea: A bacterial infection that is transmitted by sexual contact. Gonorrhea is one of the oldest known sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and it is caused by the Neisseria gonorrhoeae bacteria. Men with gonorrhea may have a yellowish discharge from the penis accompanied by itching and burning. More than half of women with gonorrhea do not have any symptoms. If symptoms occur, they may include burning or frequent urination, yellowish vaginal discharge, redness and swelling of the genitals, and a burning or itching of the vaginal area. If untreated, gonorrhea can lead to severe pelvic infections and even sterility. Complications in later life can include inflammation of the heart valves, arthritis, and eye infections. Gonorrhea can also cause eye infections in babies born of infected mothers. Gonorrhea is treated with antibiotics.

Genital herpes:Genital herpes is a common sexually transmitted infection that affects men and women. Features of genital herpes include pain, itching and sores in your genital area. But you may have no signs or symptoms of genital herpes. If infected, you can be contagious even if you have no visible sores.

HIV/AIDS: Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a chronic, potentially life-threatening condition caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). By damaging your immune system, HIV interferes with your body's ability to fight the organisms that cause disease.

HIV is a sexually transmitted infection. It can also be spread by contact with infected blood or from mother to child during pregnancy, childbirth or breast-feeding. Without medication, it may take years before HIV weakens your immune system to the point that you have AIDS.

HPV=Human papillomavirus (HPV): is a viral infection that is passed between people through skin-to-skin contact. There are more than 100 varieties of HPV, but most emphasis is given to the 40 varieties that affect the genitals, mouth, or throat, that are passed through sexual contact

Syphilis: Syphilis is a bacterial infection usually spread by sexual contact. The disease starts as a painless sore — typically on your genitals, rectum or mouth. Syphilis spreads from person to person via skin or mucous membrane contact with these sores.

Trichomoniasis: Trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted infection caused by a parasite. In women, trichomoniasis can cause a foul-smelling vaginal discharge, genital itching and painful urination. Men who have trichomoniasis typically have no symptoms. Pregnant women who have trichomoniasis may be at higher risk of delivering their babies prematurely.

The majority of STDs affect men and women, but in many cases the health problems that cause can be more severe in women. If a pregnant woman suffering from STD, it can cause serious health problems to baby.

If you suffer from STDs caused by bacteria or parasites, the physician can treat it with antibiotics or other medications. If you suffer from STDs caused by a virus, there is no cure. Sometimes medications can keep the disease under control. The correct use of latex condoms greatly reduces but does not eliminate, the risk of acquiring and infected with STDs.

For me the sexually transmitted diseases, as its name implies are transmitted through sex, The increase in sexually transmitted diseases, especially among teenagers and children under 25 years increases rapidly, to become a concern ever increasing, especially in  developing countries.These diseases are acquired to not use contraceptives, have relationswith anyone, and before the marriage.not only can be transmitted by sex, but, by infected syringes or through contact with blood. These diseases unfortunately have no cure, very very few people are likely to not them, but these people are very few. These diseases are viruses or bacteria.

In this video we could see her face and  how she expressed herself, because I saw such a disappointment in her, and not only her who appear in the video because they are not 5, or 10 infected people, but millions, and I think that n feel proud since by a mistake of toilet, or by a simple whim, one day they are enjoying and the other concerned that their illnesses were to worse and the day of its   death was increasingly closer.

in the last video we can see how a 15 year old child survive for now to the HIV.
